An innovative and forward-thinking management consultancy is looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their proactive and dynamic recruitment team.

Key responsibilities if this include:

  • Working closely with the wider recruitment team, supporting them where necessary

  • Updating CVs and other necessary documents

  • Tracking applications through the process, creating and updating workflow actions

  • Responsible for scheduling all necessary meetings and required interviews for candidates

  • Ensure all relevant notes are included on the internal diary invitation

  • Processes all relevant candidate interview expenses and seeking the necessary approvals

  • Prompting and assisting the recruiter in the allocation of Advisor

  • Order and monitor all necessary background and screening checks for candidates

This person will:

  • Have recruitment experience

  • Have excellent attention to detail

  • Be extremely professional, personable and people-focused

  • Be collaborative and work well in a team
