This role will be designing content for all departments across the business including Food, Clothing and Home, offering a fantastic opportunity to get creative in all areas.

Day to day you will:
Work closely across the HR team, including HRBPs and other Talent Roles, play your part to ensure a seamless execution of the HR Plan.
Facilitate technical, colleague & management development training across UK locations as specified in the Stores & Property Talent and Development plan to the required standard and impact.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand the capability of their teams and to identify any learning needs.
Determine learning requirements whilst working closely with the Capability Managers. Design methods of delivery evaluate impact of learning and support sustainability of learning in the workplace.
Be the conduit between Capability managers and participants about regarding needs and impact of learning.
Support managers on project activity as required.
Provide coaching and support for the HRBPs and Stores teams as required.
Promote blended / self-learning options to Stores colleagues via podcast and vodcasts.
Keep up to date with best practices and training methods through internal & external networking to ensure the training delivered is professional, motivating and delegates achieve the maximum learning.
Present the Learning and Development plan to timescales and quality expected.
Adopt a flexible approach to mobility to support colleague development across the UK.
Complete, short, medium- and long-term course evaluation.
Identify and progress areas for personal development.
Monitor and report on utilisation and appropriateness of training facilities.
Support & coach Apprentices across all levels.
Applicant can come from any industry background, not necessarily Retail. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years' experience in the field or a strong desire to get into the Design L&D space.
