A law firm, based in the City, is currently looking for an HRMI Advisor to join their friendly HR team.

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, this individual will support the HR system and function from a data perspective in a varied and growing role. The position will work alongside the HRMI Specialist and also support on wider HR adhoc projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administration of the HR system

  • Monthly and quarterly HR reporting to senior stakeholders

  • Act as first line of support for all HR system queries

  • Support the HR Systems and MI Specialist and Reward Specialist

  • Support the wider HR function on additional projects

Skills and Experience:

  • Comfortable working with HR systems and data

  • Competent user of excel (vlookups and pivot tables as a minimum)

  • HR systems and reporting experience required

  • Friendly and personable character

  • Desirable to have experience working in a professional services organisation

This role is ideal for someone who is a technically minded HR individual.
