HR Manager - Luxury Restaurant - Up to £50,000 - Central London - 6 Month FTC -
Your new company
This expanding restaurant brand are actively seeking a HR manager to ensure the smooth management of the HR function both operationally and strategically. This will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract with the view of becoming a permanent employee.
Your new role
You will be responsible for analysing both short & long term objectives for the department and you will need to ensure it is in line with the company vision. You will be responsible for reviewing current procedures within the department and taking responsibility to improve service quality and processes. You will plan and implement improvements to existing HR manager systems to increase the efficiency of the company. You will work as a Business Partner within the company and provide relevant advice to all HR issues. You will develop initiatives to achieve employee engagement, retention and talent attraction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in HR or be CIPD qualified. You will have prior experience working as a HR manager preferably within the restaurant sector. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of employment law and will have previously managed a HR team. Mandarin speaker would be advantageous.
