HR Officer Job - Central London - Immediate Start - Up to £28,000 - Luxury Restaurant -
Your new company
This global restaurant chain are actively seeking a HR officer to join the team in a time of growth and development. They are situated in the heart of London and is an ideal role for somebody looking to take a step up from a HR Assistant.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the appraisal process and conducting all on-boarding/off-boarding procedures. You will be involved in co-ordinating activities to encourage employee engagement within the organisation. You will be assisting the HR Manager with Employee Relation cases such as grievances and absence management - you will be expected to take minutes and write up all contractual changes. You will manage all payroll adjustments to communicate with the finance department. Occasionally you will be required to get involved with recruitment within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience working as a HR assistant/officer. You will preferably have experience working within leisure or a similar organisation. You will be comfortable managing a busy workload at a fast pace. You will have prior experience with appraisals, recruitment experience, payroll and employee life cycle.
