A global commercial real estate firm is looking for an in-house recruiter to join their team on a 12-18 month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Build relationships with HR Business Partners to review current and future resourcing needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies aimed at creating talent pipelines to meet future business needs
- Review and analyse reports - looking for areas of improvement
- Be the key contact with third party recruitment partners and develop these relationships

This person will:
- Have strong organisational skills - be able to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure
- Be driven to deliver - understand business challenges and how to overcome them
- Be a good relationship builder - establishing rapport quickly with candidates, team members and managers
- Experience in real estate or wider financial/professional services is ideal
- Have experience in-house or agency
- Be confident and capable working across all levels of recruitment
- Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
