Role: People Director
Location: West London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
My client are a leading corporate Media business who are organically growing and are looking for a People Director to join their London office. You will be part of a lean HR team supporting their London office and two other global locations. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Head of HR or Senior HRBP who are looking for that next step up in their career.
You will report into two London based Managing Partners, where line management will also be involved. No day is the same in this company where you will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and be hands on with implementing new policies, championing employee experience and working closely by upskilling senior managers. You will also work collaboratively with the leadership team, so experience in doing so is highly important.
Duties will also include:
Implement compliance with best practice for all people-related matters
Develop and implement new incentive schemes to ensure retention remains high and employees feel rewarded
Design and deliver successful people strategies through high quality systems, policies and processes
Design and lead on their talent management strategy and career development programmes
You will have experience in a similar client-focusses business and have successfully influenced at Board level. Relative experience of taking a business through change and successful implementation of new processes is also needed.
