One of the UK's leading organisations for cultural relations and education opportunities is looking to recruit a HR Cluster Change Lead on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The HR Cluster Change Lead will be responsible for supporting a new HR initiative which provides new ways of working for personnel across a large international geographical area. The role will implement and adopt new HR standard processes across the entire employee lifecycle, and, will assist in restructuring the HR function across the organisation.
The HR Cluster Change Lead will have strong experience in mobilising and delivering large scale organisational change programmes operation in an International and multi cultural organisation. The successfull candidate will also have strong presentation and impact skills with the ability to overcome internal objections.
