Description

  • Working as part of a the wider HR team you will be responsible for delivering an efficient HR service across the business:
  • First point of contact for all HR queries
  • Advising, coaching and guiding line managers on all Employee Relations matter
  • Updating employee files, letter templates
  • Supporting wider HR team with HR related projects

Profile

  • Have previously worked in a Senior HR Advisor/HR Advisor role
  • Have excelletn employment law knowledge with the ability to manage an employee relations caseload
  • Have the ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have attention to detail with the ability to manage own workload

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £36k per annum
  • 9 month FTC
  • Based on the outskirts of York with parking
