Michael Page are looking for an HR Business Partner to join a well-known FMCG brand in Chiswick. The role requires an HR generalist with an operational focus and passion for recruitment

Our client is a global FMCG business based in Chiswick


The HR Business Partner will deliver an efficient, comprehensive and professional generalist HR service, enabling the organisation to deliver best practice in all areas, with specific emphasis on recruitment, employee relations and compensation & benefits. Currently, the role has a strong emphasis on mid-level recruitment across the business and as such, the successful candidate will be leading on a range of campaigns to support hiring managers with their recruitment needs.

Alongside this, duties for the role will involve:

  • Guiding and supporting managers and employees on ER issues including Disciplinary, Grievance, and Capability management

  • Providing advice on policies and procedures, updating any required changes as required

  • Managing the Undergraduate Placement Scheme

  • Utilising Workday for all HR Systems activities including on-boarding and HR reports

  • Conducting exit interviews

  • Supporting the annual development and bonus schemes


We're looking for an HR Business Partner with the following capabilities:

  • Demonstrable HR Generalist experience including handling Employee Relations issues, policy development, HR reporting, inductions, and compensation & benefits activity

  • Excellent experience delivering end to end recruitment campaigns

  • Comfortable working at pace and to tight deadlines

  • Experienced in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

6 Month Contract, salary £45-50k dependant on experience, immediate start
