Your new company are renowned in the housing association industry, based in an easily accessible area of Preston. They are now looking for a HR Officer on a fixed term basis with the possibility of extension or permanent contract.
Your new role
Your new job will largely be looking after the recruitment side of the business, from administration, looking after the employee lifecycle and right to work checks, to basic training administration. In addition, you will be leading recruitment drives and events, champion well-being activities and lead inductions.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a HR role, strong administration skills and very customer-focused. You will be experienced in recruitment, a self-starter and have the desire to succeed in HR.
