A permanent Lead HR Advisor role based near to Halesowen
Your new company
A manufacturing organisation based near to Halesowen. A standalone Lead HR Advisor is now required to support a workforce of office based and blue-collar employees.
Your new role
The Lead HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service across the site. The Lead HR Advisor will provide expert employee relations advice including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and investigations. The role with work in partner with the site leadership team to support business objectives, develop and implement strategies, lead on change management projects, develop talent management programmes and manage HR based projects. Additionally the Lead HR Advisor will provide full generalist support, manage the Employee Forum and coach management teams to develop leadership skills.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a Senior HR Advisor with full generalist, complex ER and change management experience. Previous experience within the manufacturing, distribution or logistics sector is highly desirable.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 plus 25 days holiday & bank holidays, bonus and pension
