I am working with a great company based in Bicester who are looking for a permanent HR Advisor to join them as soon as possible.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Provide HR vetting support to the HR team, people managers and employees as directed by the HR Manager in line with agreed SLA's, delivering quality outcomes.
Provide first line advice to people managers and employees
Input of data in the HR system ensuring 100% accuracy.
Responsible for resolving more complex queries
Ensure data protection of sensitive information through the administration of employee data.
Produce reports to the business as required
Proficient in vetting with requirement to be updated on vetting practices
Administer and maintain HR processes, practices and systems.
Where required, support HR projects.
Provide a customer centric service to employees and external stakeholders.
To keep updated on employment law topics.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Assisting with the administration of the HR Inbox and taking phone calls on a daily basis.
It is a busy and fast paced team who are needing someone to hit the ground running, can build strong relationships, have a commercial mindset and someone who is able to bring ideas to the table and discuss them with all levels.
