A Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Governance Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of Rem Regs; the Reward Governance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and advising on proposed variable compensation plans/fixed pay components to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Supporting the design and maintenance of policies, procedures and guidelines

  • Interpret the implications for the Group of new or revised regulation

  • Undertaking a regular governance review to ensure all components of remuneration remain compliant with regulatory requirements and expectations

  • Review best practice to rewarding good conduct, behaviour and the reflection of the Group's values

  • Maintain a governance framework for incentives

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a regulated financial services organisation

  • Confident writing policy documents related to reward governance

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Confident communicator at all levels

  • Understanding of reward best practice and principles
