A Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Governance Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of Rem Regs; the Reward Governance Specialist will be responsible for:
Reviewing and advising on proposed variable compensation plans/fixed pay components to ensure regulatory compliance
Supporting the design and maintenance of policies, procedures and guidelines
Interpret the implications for the Group of new or revised regulation
Undertaking a regular governance review to ensure all components of remuneration remain compliant with regulatory requirements and expectations
Review best practice to rewarding good conduct, behaviour and the reflection of the Group's values
Maintain a governance framework for incentives
Previous experience working in a regulated financial services organisation
Confident writing policy documents related to reward governance
Strong stakeholder management skills
Confident communicator at all levels
Understanding of reward best practice and principles
