Interim HR Business Manager - London - Investment Management - 6 months - £400-£450 per day

Your new role
I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Manager for a leading global asset management firm. You will be supporting FAE Talent agenda. You will be managing the graduate recruitment processes and internship programmes this will consist of co-ordinating Bright Future programmes, Summer/Spring internships and organising assessment and feedback on all candidates. You will be responsible for leading Inclusion and Diversity by organising committee meetings and setting agendas. You will be responsible for managing the regulatory licensing including maintain in-scope population lists, track CF-30/SMCR training/licensing status Maintain central records of FCA licensing status for all FAE staff (CF30, SMCR etc).

What you'll need to succeed
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU COME FROM A FINANCIAL SERVICES BACKGROUND

You will have previous experience in a Business management or HR/Talent role. You will have strong Excel skills and competent utilising a HRIS system. You will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and be able to work diplomatically with a variety of internal stakeholders. You will have experience expense budgeting and monitoring. You will be immediately available to start.
