Your new company
You will be working for a large not for profit organisation based in Birmingham, who really do put people at the heart of everything they do.

Your new role
Your key job will be to revise all of the organisations policies to make them simpler, make the language more accessible and on brand, and make them more practical for managers to implement. Whilst these policies will be your priority, there are a number of ongoing HR projects, so you will also use your expertise to help the wider HR team to deliver the improvements and developments that are needed.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with really strong ER experience and someone who is really good at writing policy. Your communication skills are important, we need an approach that will produce straightforward, easily understood and concise policies, whilst also ensuring that the policies protect the organisation and its employees.

This role is working for a not for profit organisation, so some experience / understanding of this sector would be beneficial.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract, therefore candidates should be immediately available or on short notice.
