Oakleaf Partnersihp are currently partnering with a forward thinking and dynamic retail brand who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will work for an organisation who recognised the importance of investing in people and pride themselves on offering real growth opportunities. Investing in people is one of the companies core values so people can achive both their and the company's goals.

This is a true Business Partnering role where you will deliver HR Strategy and Objectives through coaching, supporting and challenging your passionate Function team. You will be responsible for a medium sized head office population including Finance, IT and procurement

Desired Skills & Experience

* Experience ideally gained from within a fast-paced retail (or similar) organisation

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with exacting timelines, and where high levels of accuracy are paramount

* Proven track record of working effectively with multiple level stakeholders requiring an autonomous, decision-making approach

* Strong commercial acumen

* Excellent influencing, relationship building and communication skills

* Proven change leadership ability - creating meaning for others, and being comfortable in proposing innovative and transformative approaches to problem solving

* Proven ability to influence stakeholders within an organisation irrespective of reporting line structure

* Demonstrable experience of working in teams to achieve a common goal

* Excellent coaching and development skills - of direct and indirect reports - and experience of delivering successfully in a matrix environment

* Ideally qualified with a recognised HR qualification
