HR Generalist - Financial Services
A leading Financial Services organisation are looking for a HR Associate to join the team. The company are operating in Europe and New York, based in St James - beautiful brand new offices.
This is a very attractive proposition for an HR Associate/Generalist to come in and work alongside the HR Director. You will operate in a broad role but must be comfortable taking ownership of all aspects. This is incredibly high touch and an amazing opportunity to learn from a leader in the industry.
Due to growth this is a newly created role, you will take ownership of all HR operations which includes contracts, policies, employee letters, visas and on/off boarding. Along with supporting on all projects and other areas of the HR function which is broken down as; organisational development, talent devleoepemnt, talent acquisitions and performance and reward.
The beauty of this role is that you have a huge impact on how to drive the business forward, projects and want to become more strategic.
We're looking for proven experience in a HR Generalist capacity, Graduate, background in FS/PS, strong Excel and great attention to detail, strong communicator, self starter and commercially minded.
