Our client is an SME communications business in Slough, who are currently going through a large change project and period of extensive growth

Description

  • Provide HR expertise and drive commercially led HR decisions

  • Implement the HR strategy and drive key change initiatives

  • Design, implement and develop HR policies and procedures

  • Coach and mentor managers

Profile

  • Key for this role is knowledge in change management
  • Ideally worked in SME environment
  • HR Generalist knowledge
