HR Systems Manager - implementation project
Interim HR Systems Manager based in Manchester city centre paying up to £55k
Your new company
Working for a well know global professional services firm who have an office in Manchester. The firm has a great reputation in the market with excellent people values and are leading in their specialist field.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the firm's global people system which will be decided over the next couple of months and the integrations to other business systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective HR management information and reporting across the firm. The HR systems manager will be expected to provide innovative and strategic HR solutions and work as part of the wider HR team. You will be responsible for the whole new system implementation and understanding the Hr strategy and taking this back to ensure fit for purpose for a global business. Key stakeholders of the role will mainly be the HR leaders in order to understand their requirements for the system.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR background candidate who has been responsible for a full HR systems implementation project from start to finish
Experience of working for a large complex organisation would be preferred
Professional services experience would also be very useful

You will be offered an interim 12 month project role on a starting salary of up to £55k with an excellent corporate benefits package that will include 25 days holidays and a 5% pension
