Our client is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team to be based in their Longbridge office. The role will manage one HR Assistant and deliver on the HR strategy and work closely with the managers in the business.

The successful candidate will be a HR generalist and have proven experience in recruitment, policy and procedure, Employee Relations, Talent and succession planning.

The main duties:

  • Act as a business partner and support and advise the management team on all HR matters

  • Work closely with the HR Director on the delivery of the HR plan

  • Coach and mentor managers

  • Identify and execute effective ER initiatives

  • Facilitate the engagement of employees in career development and talent programmes

  • Maintain HR information systems producing information to identify trents and make recommendations

Our client is looking for a generalist HR professional who is CIPD qualified. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible for with a one month notice period ideally.
