My client is looking for an HR Advisor to join their growing team. Recruitment will be a large focus of the role initially but you will also be responsible for providing more generalist HR support and guidance.
Our client is a successful organisation who are going through a period of growth and as a result are looking to add to their team in Kent.
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance on policy and procedure in areas such as flexible working, sickness, absence and disciplinaries. You will also manage your own ER cases, coaching managers where necessary.
Recruitment will form a large part of the role initially and this will require you to manage processes from end to end, using a range of techniques to attract candidates.
You will also support the Head of HR in delivering strategic projects around engagement and organisational change.
You will have a generalist background with a strong focus on recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of employment law and will have excellent communication skills.
Basic salary - up to £35,000
