Handle have partnered with a dynamic company to find their first HR generalist to build their People function from scratch, As the HR Business Partner, you will take responsibility for providing outstanding support to employees and advise the business on what to put in place.

You will lead key strategic people projects, implementing people initiatives and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive 'hands on' HR business partner with the ability to coach and mentor, with an energy to drive change and influence an agile and innovative team!
