Your new role
The Senior HR Advisor will support management teams within a designated area of the business, by providing comprehensive advice on people issues and managing change programmes. The post holder will work closely with the business to develop and implement HR strategies on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will be need to be a CIPD qualified Senior HR Advisor with significant experience of employee relations, change management and operational HR. You will also have previous experience of working in large and complex organisations.
