An Institute that provides education services through multiple site location are currently recruiting for a People Director to be based at their head office in Brighton.
Your new role
As a People Director you will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership and management support, to drive the delivery of business objectives through people.
You will be delivering and evolving the people strategy; supporting the company and to achieve its business objectives effectively and efficiently. As a member of the Executive Management team, contribute to the management, strategic debate and operational support, working collaboratively as a member of the team and to support individual members of team and to support individual members.
You will also be supporting the business with Talent Management, Performance Management, Reward Management, Employee Engagement, Reporting and Management Information, Change Management and Employee Relations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience within a senior HR Management position with experience of operation at Board Level and within an Executive Management team. Ideally have experience within an education, music, theatre or a performing arts environment with a creative and hands on attitude. You will also need flexible to travel around 8 locations within the UK.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £70,000-£100,000 plus up to 25% bonus based on personal and group objectives, flexible working, 5% pension contribution and 25 days holiday.
