Associate Reward Director for EMEA - Permanent -Central London

A global matrix business with Central London offices are currently recruiting for an Associate Reward Director (EMEA) to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the reward function across the EMEA region (28 countries), both operationally and strategically. This will include the cyclical reward activities, compensation cycles, benchmarking, as well as projects such as job levelling structures. You will manage a Reward Analyst and two benefits administrators as part of the role. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your area of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a deep understanding and working knowledge of both compensation and benefits, and able to work strategically and operationally. You will have some management experience and you must have had exposure to EMEA.
