This organisation are seeking a progressive, professional and people orientated HR professional to join a newly formed and dynamic HR team. Your new role
Working across the Cumbria area you will be responsible for working with senior stakeholders on developing an inclusive culture, positive behaviours and working on a true empowerment for all employees in the organisation.
A true People partner opportunity with responsibilities including
Partner with key customers across the business, developing and delivering well thought through people plans
Act as an internal people champion and support senior leadership teams with key elements of the people strategy, including; talent pipelines, creating high performing teams, colleague engagement, developing culture, and creating ways of working which are fit for the future needs of the business
Support and coach senior leaders around the adoption of change (both transformational and continual improvement) offering a high support and high challenge partnership
Interface with key strategic people projects developed through the centres of excellence as necessary
What you'll need to succeed
Strong HR/People experience within in a business partnering capacity, organisational development project experience, minimum level 5 CIPD qualified or above.
