Talent & Development Manager - EMEA - Insurance
A global insurance firm based in the City of London is looking for a Talent & Leadership Dvp Manager EMEA to manage Talent Management & Leadership Development processes across Europe.
Reporting in to the Talent, Learning & Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for managing all things Talent Management, Engagement / Culture across the business. More specifically, you will:
- Work with business heads across the UK and Europe as well as Group to advise / coach the business on Talent Management acting as the Talent SME.
- Design and deliver talent initatives supported by the business and HR team driving a high performance culture (leadership development programmes, high potential programmes, succession planning etc)
- Manage the talent strategy, story, reporting and analytics surrounding succession plans, talent ratings, promotion processs, risks and issues relating to talent.
- Manage broader HR projects surrounding; engagement, D&I etc.
You will be an accomplished Talent & Development Manager / Senior Manager operating within another large global matrix financial and / or professional services organisation. You will be comfortable defining and delivering high potential programmes, succession planning processes and workshops and coaching the business. Psychometric assessments experience is desirable.Must also be comfortable analysing / interpreting data. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
