A mandarin-speaking HR Advisor maternity cover has arisen, working for a large commercial Bank based in Central London. In this role, you'll be working in a small HR team, and receive excellent exposure to the entire employee lifecycle.
Your new role
In your new Mandarin-speaking HR Advisor role, you'll be responsible for the full administration of the recruitment function, will prepare monthly reports and statistics, and managing new starter/leaver processes. Furthermore, you'll support the benefits review process, act as a liaison point for communication from the Head Office and assist the expatriate population.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Advisor position, you must speak Mandarin and English fluently, and will be able to translate the two languages. Additionally, you will have a strong HR generalist skill set an understanding of the Employee Lifecycle, preferably gained in financial services.
