This is a brilliant opportunity to join a passionate new HR Director for a not-for-profit organisation based in West Yorkshire.
The key responsibilities are to manage a large HR team whilst working alongside the HR Director working on a transformation and improvement plan for the people plan.
My client is looking for a strong HR leader who will challenge the status quo, have independent and forward-thinking strategic ideas, whilst bringing the team along with them through engagement and improvement plans.
This is role is a full Head of HR remit who is passionate and ready to make an impact! The ideal candidate will be happy to roll their sleeves up initially but then be able to focus strategically, along with having the following:
- CIPD qualified - essential
- Change and transformation experience - essential
- Strong people leader
£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
