HR Business Partner
12 month FTC
A leading UK Charity, based in Surrey, who support former servicemen and women with mental health problems, is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC.
The role of the HR Business Partner is to work in partnership with the Directors and the SLT to lead, develop and deliver a value added service relating to strategy and organisation objectives. The HR Business Partner will provide support on all aspects of the employee life cycle, employee relations, training and development and succession planning. The role will require you to provide day to day HR generalist support and proactively tackle HR behavioural issues to minimise risk to the organisation.
With previous experience as a HR Business Partner, you will be able to manage complex employee relations and performance management issues, be able to analyse data and identify trends to devise plans for action, and, have a comprehensive working knowledge of employment law.
