Oakleaf Partnership are working with a prestigious professional services client recruiting for a Talent, Reward and Mobility Manager based in the West end of London. This is a permanent position in a growing team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Evolution of existing Talent review processes into a company wide annual decision making framework and criteria;
Definitions of requirements and assessment of options for a working system/technology to support this (Workday);
Development of a new and innovative Job Architecture will be required -formulation of proposals / options supporting the decision making process;
Stakeholder relationships will be key in understanding of the implications across the Estate and gaining buy in as well as ensuring effective deployment;
Diagnostic of the current diverse reward structures (merit pay, variable pay, long term incentives) across the Company;
Identification of core reward structure requirements across the group that can be met using a reduced number of varieties of arrangements;
The provision of guidance and design criteria for areas where flexibility/ diversification is needed;
Support to the evolution of current reward structures so that common approaches are deployed where possible;
The role will also develop global principles and framework for a benefits provision linking to the new rewards structure and job architecture and health, safety and wellbeing agenda.
The role will review and transform the existing global mobility program from a Talent perspective - making relocation an enabler of career development and succession planning; and
From a reward perspective i.e. defining policy, package, terms, support to assignees, manage relocation and tax providers making mobility a transparent and effective offering
From a case management perspective, orchestrate individual moves, ensuring all aspects and implications of the relocation are clear and appropriately managed.
