This organisation is based near Attleborough and have offices based in a rural setting. They are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to work alongside the HR Business Partner to provide an efficient HR service to the employees on site.
Your new role
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain accurate HR records and update database
- Process starters and leavers documentation
- Liaise with payroll about any necessary amendments
- Escalate complex HR queries to HRBP
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have similar experience in their current role and confident in being the first point of HR queries. Due to their remote location it is essential that candidates have their own transport.
