A global asset management and financial advisory firm are looking for an experienced professional to join on a 12 month FTC Maternity Cover role- VP Graduate Recruitment and Training & Development. It is an excellent opportunity, super hands on covering the Graduate recruitment processes from end to end. The role is a hybrid position, covering all logistics and management of the firm's global training, learning and development programme.

Salary circa £65,000-75,000 depending on level of experience, August start and interviews to start early July. Location: Mayfair/Green Park.

Duties as follows:

Graduate Recruitment

  • Design and manage Spring Insight and Summer Internship Programmes

  • Manage relationship with external media agency; oversee media strategy

  • Liaise with internal communications team on social media and promotion of events and activities

  • Help design attraction strategy re. events and society partnerships

  • Manage scheduling and running of assessment centres, including briefing assessors and running wash-ups

  • Brief candidates prior to assessment centres and final round interviews

  • Conduct feedback calls to candidates who are unsuccessful at various stages of the process

  • Present at and attend graduate recruitment events as a representative

  • Help recruit attendees for presentation events, including review of candidate CVs, email confirmations of attendance, reminder and follow up feedback emails

  • Help with video interview screening and face to face interviews for all graduate programmes

  • Manage Analyst team allocation with COO

  • Continually review graduate recruitment processes and activities; seek ways to improve and develop

Training and Development - Europe

  • Manage London Learning programme, including signing-up bankers to host and design sessions, and coordinating with EAs on logistics

  • Manage training recharge to European offices

  • Help manage booking list, attendee list and last minute cancellations

  • Help prepare / send joining invitations for all courses

  • Co-ordinate with other HR teams in Europe as necessary

  • Help manage European Training and Development inbox

  • Analyst Training Programme

  • Intern Training Programme

The role will suit a highly organised and experienced VP level Grad Recruitment specialist who has demonstrable experience within grad and learning and development.
