A permanent HR Business Partner role for a not for profit organisation based in Surrey.

Client Details

A Surrey based mental health charity supporting communities across the UK. The charity uses a combination of treatments with an evidence based approach to provide holistic support for it's service users. They are seeking a HR Business Partner who shares their values and supports the company vision.


  • Establish and maintain successful professional relationships, enhancing the credibility of the HR function
  • Implement HR initiatives aligned with the business aims
  • Partner with and support managers throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Support and guide leaders to manage change effectively
  • Work in partnership to support the management and development of the HR administrative function


  • CIPD qualified HR Business Partner
  • Able to build strong relationships including manager, senior leaders and Directors
  • Experience managing complex ER issues
  • Experience of managing organisational change and restructures
  • Up to date and in depth knowledge of UK law
  • Collate, analyse and evaluate data from appropriate sources and devise action plans
  • Maximise employee engagement and retention through appropriate initiatives
  • Prior experience in not for profit and charities

Job Offer

£45-47,000 per annum
