My client, a global financial services firm based in the city, have an urgent requirement for a Recruitment Business Partner on a 6 month basis initially.
This position will cover the end to end recruitment process for all level hires across the firm. Key requirements include relationship management, interview capability and process improvements. Ideal candidates will have experience or at least and interest in generalist HR as there are a number of additional projects for this hire to get involved in such as IR35, Apprenticeship Scheme roll out, GDPR etc.
