Your new role
As a Senior HR Administrator your objectives will include: being responsible for the management of HR Administrators in their day to day work including appraisals and performance management. You will support the HR Administrator team leader by producing audits and reporting necessary requirements that will need to be implemented to improve service. You will be expected to allocate work load across the administrative team and provide support when required. You will also take the lead on complex queries and ensure it is progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will be the point of contact with Payroll to resolve any pay queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you must be an enthusiastic and organised individual who is passionate about HR. You must have strong experience within HR and have strong communication skills are experienced. It will be desirable to have a CIPD level 5 and experience using iTrent HR.
