Our not for profit client is recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team on a permanent basis. Based at their offices in Reigate you will be reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will be operating as a strategic business partner delivering and developing a full spectrum of HR services which drives business performance and contributes to the goals and the core values of the organisation.
You will be working in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner, Director of People and Recruitment and the executive management team maximise business and individual performance by designing, developing and implementing best HR solutions that meet current and future needs.
You will also support with:
- Employee Relations
- Training administration
- HR administration
- Project work
What you'll need to succeed
In order t succeed in the role, you must have proven experience in a HR team at Advisor or Business Partner level with knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment and on-boarding, and of good practice. You must also have a CIPD qualification with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What you'll get in return
