Leading property consulting firm are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract. This role is managing a large client group of 750 across various divisions of the business and you will have two HR Advisors directly reporting into you.

This position will see you:

  • Managing a client group of 750 across multiple departments - working with Heads of to design and implement initiatives
  • Acting as the Employment law advisor, presenting risk/ reward options, managing settlements, employee tribunal cases and managing complicated ER cases
  • Guiding HR Advisors and escalation point for complex disciplinaries, grievances and appeals
  • Management reporting, presenting analysis and recommendations to key leaders re trends and concerns - attending and presenting at board meetings
  • Act as a driver of change which could include organisational restructure, redundancy programmes, growth initiatives and goals determined from employee survey results
  • Drive talent management and succession planning programmes to future proof and retain staff
  • Implement performance management process, working with L&D to support development

To be considered for the role you will need to possess:

  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience gained in professional services
  • Indepth understanding of UK employment law
  • Previous experience implementing performance management processes
  • Strong TUPE experience
