Your new role
As an HR Administration Team Leader your objectives will include: managing Senior Administration Managers in performance management, training and recruitment. You will work along with HR Business Partnering teams and Service Managers to develop and implement appropriate administrative procedures. You will also need to confidently lead on both internal and external audits and use the information gained to improve teams and individual performance. You will develop training material as well as team documentation to implement new procedures and processes in line with employment legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you must be an enthusiastic and organised individual who is passionate about HR. You will need to have strong experience within HR and it is essential that you are experienced in using iTrent. You must be able to work under pressure and deliver quality results.
