Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering with a large luxury retail business with a number of iconic brands within their portfolio to appoint a senior HR interim to join their team. The HR team are a group of focussed, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding colleague experience.
We are looking for an ambitious senior HR professional to lead this talented team and elevate our offering by driving and implementing a number of HR transformation initiatives. You will play an important role in helping to deliver the HR strategy whilst managing operational HR, you will build strong relationships with senior managers, offering advice, coaching and support on all aspects of people management. In addition, you will have specific involvement in key cross company projects as part of the wider HR team from performance management to HR operations. This position is an interim role to support whilst a permanent hire is being made.
To be successful in the role, you will have significant HR experience, ideally within a large scale and high profile organisation and have handled the full HR operational spectrum. To be successful for this you must have experience within the retail industry ideally luxury or something similar such as hospitality, leisure or FMCG. You will have a highly commercial outlook and have a proven track record in delivering tangible outcomes on time and to budget. With first class coaching, influencing and networking skills you will be creative, flexible and action oriented.
