An international commercial real estate firm is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Development of change management strategies, translating into development activities, resource and culture plans

  • Support the Head of HR Business Partner on the People Agenda and related initiatives for the business areas

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients in all activities

  • Take ownership of all employee relations cases, trade union discussions and other areas where HR expertise is required to minimise risk

  • Work with the Recruitment & Talent Lead with processes to drive the growth of internal capability, progression of key internal talent and cost-effective recruitment of external talent

  • Run and lead the annual reward process

  • Being a role-model to the leadership and HR teams and is recognised as a people management expert

  • Ensure relevant employees are appraised at least twice a year

  • Responsible for the overall HR strategy of the business area

  • Leading annual talent management review and facilitating decision making to ensure it is effective

This person will:

  • Have experience of working within real estate or wider professional/financial services

  • Have a strong understanding of employee legislation

  • Be client centric and take a true business partner approach

  • Be a good people manager

  • Be degree educates (2:1+) or equivalent
