Our client is a rapidly growing Manchester based fintech business. Employing c500 people across the UK, it's disrupting a traditional broker-led model by enabling customers direct access to its low-cost, award-winning, online investment platform.
Having made several high-profile acquisitions over the last couple of years, it is ready for further integrations and to take its business to the next stage. From a talent and capability perspective this means we're looking for someone to come in and take a holistic view of the future state of the business.
Reporting into the HRD, and as part of a small and well-functioning team, you'll deliver the capability agenda by translating the organisation's ambitious vision into a deliverable people strategy with a focus on continued innovation and change. You will review its current and projected organisational design and devise a build, buy or borrow strategic approach from C-suite down which can deliver against changing talent requirements.
We are looking for a well networked individual, who can bring creativity, new ideas and is "modern" in their thinking. You will translate whatever sector experience you bring into a fast paced, edgy, fintech environment.
