Oakleaf Partnership are working closely with a member of the Big 4 as they expand their Reward Consultancy business. The firm are looking to hire strategic Reward Consultants to join their busy team of consultants.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Work closely with clients to assess their needs across all aspects of reward strategy and implementation

  • Support on reward design including deferred and executive compensation plans

  • Support on regulatory matters

  • Collect and analyse data to inform expert advice

  • Have a sound knowledge of market activity, trends and data and be able to advise on the impact this will have on a client

  • Work continuously to improve and expand the Reward area of the consultancy business

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working as part of a reward function

  • Experience of deferred/executive compensation plans

  • Experience working with reward strategy

  • Experience in analysing and reporting on data

  • Show advanced use of Excel

  • Have experience in working with clients
