Reward Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a highly regarded trading firm based in Victoria. We are partnering in their search for a Reward Analyst to join their HR team.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Support throughout the annual salary review

  • Support submission of the annual compensation survey

  • Working in excel to provide quality analytics to support the reward and HR team

  • Assist with benchmarking and job levelling projects

The role holder will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience working in as part of an HR function, in an analytical role (required)

  • Previous experience working in a reward function (desireable)

  • Advanced proficiency in excel (pivot tables and Vlookups essential, formula experience desirable)

  • Excellent communication, team working, organisational and interpersonal skills
