A multinational Legal firm are currently looking for a Total Reward Manager to join their team based in the City of London on a permanent basis.
The position will include:
Driving a consistent evaluation approach across EMEA & APAC region
Providing competitive insights and best practices to local HR
Recommending data driven solutions
Providing guidance and recommendations for regulatory compliance
Promoting a" pay for performance" culture
Ensuring optimal use of budgets
Partnering with local HR and recruiting in support of business objectives
Effectively communicating and marketing our Total Reward offerings
Reviewing and monitoring employee pay and recommend increases as needed
Analysing country specific data and relevant market trends, developing salary structures and market pricing recommendations.
Participating and utilising salary surveys
Designing and managing title and grade structures
Building and implementing tools to streamline annual processes (i.e. salary reviews, benefits open enrolment, benchmarking)
Workday Data Support
Successful individual will have:
Experience working in the Total Rewards industry.
Experience providing expert Reward based advice across multiple countries, regions and jurisdictions.
Experience in the legal services or professional services field is preferred.
Workday proficiency strongly preferred.
Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation and benefits programs, company policies, and operations.
Ability to deliver excellent results whilst working autonomously.
