A multinational Legal firm are currently looking for a Total Reward Manager to join their team based in the City of London on a permanent basis.

The position will include:

  • Driving a consistent evaluation approach across EMEA & APAC region

  • Providing competitive insights and best practices to local HR

  • Recommending data driven solutions

  • Providing guidance and recommendations for regulatory compliance

  • Promoting a" pay for performance" culture

  • Ensuring optimal use of budgets

  • Partnering with local HR and recruiting in support of business objectives

  • Effectively communicating and marketing our Total Reward offerings

  • Reviewing and monitoring employee pay and recommend increases as needed

  • Analysing country specific data and relevant market trends, developing salary structures and market pricing recommendations.

  • Participating and utilising salary surveys

  • Designing and managing title and grade structures

  • Building and implementing tools to streamline annual processes (i.e. salary reviews, benefits open enrolment, benchmarking)

  • Workday Data Support

Successful individual will have:

  • Experience working in the Total Rewards industry.

  • Experience providing expert Reward based advice across multiple countries, regions and jurisdictions.

  • Experience in the legal services or professional services field is preferred.

  • Workday proficiency strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation and benefits programs, company policies, and operations.

  • Ability to deliver excellent results whilst working autonomously.
