A Financial Services organisation based in the City, is currently looking for a Reward Associate to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Associate will assist in reward related matters and take ownership of the global Deferred Bonus Scheme. Key responsibilities:
Take an active role in the year end compensation process for two key business areas
Own and deliver the global Deferred Bonus Scheme
Partner directly with the business, building strong relationships across the global remit
Work closely with third party providers
Previous experience working as part of a reward function in a compensation focussed role
Experience of active participation in the annual compensation process, ideally within a financial services reward function
Strong financial accumen
Advanced user of excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formula required as minimum)
Stakeholder management skills
