Oakleaf Partnership are assisting a leading global law firm in their search for a Learning Management Systems Coordinator. This role will be based out of their London office, sitting alongside the Learning and Development team.
The role holder will work in the LMS (SABA), editing the system to suit the needs of the business. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all queries and issues relating to the system, solving problems where possible and escalating queries when necessary. Further responsibilities include:
Create and update content in the system such as interactive learning modules, training resources etc.
Maintain the system so that it is up to date, including participating in new module roll outs, troubleshooting the system and system updates.
Maintain data integrity in the system, run reports and perform analytics
Build relationships with IT and other internal technical teams so as to support the needs of the business as far as possible
Serve as the LMS expert and secondary point of contact to SABA - supporting with technical and functional issues
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Previous experience working with an LMS system (SABA preferred but not essential)
Previous experience in an IT service delivery role
Experience working within an HR function preferred but not essential
