Pensions Administrator (part-time)

A financial services company based in the city is looking for a part-time (3 days/week) pensions administrator on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Pension Manager and Head of Pensions, the pensions administrator will be responsible for managing legacy, DB and DC pension schemes.

Key responsibilities:

  • general day to day administration,

  • ownership of governance process

  • manage annual renewals, reconciliation and pension reviews;

  • help draft agendas and review minutes in governance committee meetings;

  • mentor junior administrator

  • ad hoc projects and support for the rest of the team

Key requirements:

  • previous pensions administration experience

  • able to work with minimal supervision

  • confident communicator at all levels

  • attention to detail
