Compensation and Benefits Manager up to £70000 - Luxury high end retail - Central London

A luxury retail company based near Oxford Street, are recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Your new role
This is a stand alone role looking after a small population of around 50 people, including stores as well as the executive population. You will take ownership of all UK benefits. You will manage the cyclical compensation activities also. Another part of the role will be to manage the payroll for all employees. You will also offer advice on compensation and benefits policies to global counterparts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally come from a luxury retail background or understand the business. You must have experience in compensation, benefits and payroll to be considered, and happy to work in a stand alone role.
